Dr. Jiwan is a highly accomplished dental surgeon specializing in Root Canal Treatments, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to her practice. Graduating with a BDS degree from Baba Farid University in 2010, Dr. Jiwan garnered substantial experience in both government and private sectors before assuming a pivotal role at Clove Dental, India's largest corporate dental chain.

At Clove, Dr. Jiwan served as the clinic head, successfully establishing and managing a new dental office that quickly became one of the most thriving in the region. Her dedication to patient care was recognized with the prestigious award for the most positive customer experience in North India.

In February 2020, Dr. Jiwan cleared her Canadian equivalency exams in the first attempt and obtained the license to practice in Canada. With over 13 years of professional experience, she continues to deliver exceptional care and dedication to her patients. Dr. Jiwan is a registered member in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and Ontario Dental Association (ODA).

Beyond her professional commitments, Dr. Jiwan finds joy in family moments, playing with her child, and engaging in leisure activities such as reading, listening to music, and exploring diverse cuisines. Dr. Saurabh Jain

Dentist

Dr. Saurabh Jain is an experienced dental surgeon with over 13 years of expertise in the field and special focus on oral and maxillofacial surgeries. He has earned a reputation for his skill in complex oral surgeries, including cleft lip and palate repair, craniofacial surgery, and dental implants. After completing the National Dental Examination Board of Canada’s equivalency process, he is now a licensed dentist in Canada.

Dr. Jain is one of the few surgeons in India to have received advanced training in cleft and craniofacial surgery at the GSR Institute of Facial Plastic Surgery, CCI (Zurich). He was also appointed Tobacco Intervention Initiative Specialist by the Indian Dental Association in recognition of his work in preventive care. His commitment to advancing the field is reflected in his active participation in global dental forums, such as the International Advanced Cranio-Maxillofacial Forum and the Nobel Biocare World Tour for Dental Implants.

An accomplished academician, Dr. Jain has contributed to numerous national and international publications and research papers. He is a Life Member of the AOMSI (Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons of India) and a member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA). Throughout his career, Dr. Jain has performed over 25,000 wisdom tooth extractions, 250 jaw and facial fracture surgeries, 500 maxillofacial pathologies, and hundreds of dental implant procedures, solidifying his expertise in the field.

Dr. Arianna Guzman

Dentist

Dr. Arianna Guzman brings over 17 years of experience practicing general dentistry.  Her area of focus is oral surgery ranging from simple to complicated extractions, including impacted wisdom teeth and dental implants, having completed her Dental Implant residency at University of Toronto.
 
Initially, Dr. Guzman received her Dental Degree from University Carabobo, Venezuela where she had the pleasure to practice Dentistry in both, the public and private sector while working as an instructor at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Carabobo University. Immigrating to Canada in 2002, Dr. Guzman worked as a Dental Assistant Instructor and a Dental Hygienist prior to obtaining her Canadian qualifications of her Dental Degree.
 

Dr. Jay Upadhyay

Dentist

Dr. Jay is an accomplished Dental surgeon with focus on Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Having earned his BDS degree from an esteemed Gujarat University, India in 2007, Dr Jay pursued his passion for degree in Orthodontics and was ranked 15th in All-India pre-PG entrance examination 2009. He got his MDS in Orthodontics from reputed Aligarh University, India and was recipient of University Gold medal. He has spent 14 years using his knowledge and experience to develop a unique skill set when it comes to Orthodontics and is well-versed with preventive, interceptive and corrective orthodontics. He also has multiple research papers and case reports published in addition to his thesis and dissertation.

Dr. Jay is a NDEB Certified Dentist and has a unique distinction of clearing his all three NDEB equivalency exams in first attempt. He is also a certified Invisalign provider. His professional affiliations include membership of Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), Canadian Dental Association(CDA), Ontario Dental Association(ODA), Indian Orthodontic Society ( IOS) and, World Federation of Orthodontists(WFO) He also is a passionate teacher that has coached hundreds of students who wanted to pursue Post graduation studies through his academy -Achievers MDS Academy. Dr. Jay takes great pride in having the opportunity to enhance the lives of his patients and constantly updates himself with latest innovations and technology in Orthodontics. He is fluent in and can engage with patients in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Outside of work, Dr. Jay loves spending time with his family and is an avid traveler, who loves exploring the world.

Marina Khan

Dental Hygienist

While always having a passion to help others in a unique way, Marina chose to pursue a career in dentistry. She graduated as a Dental Assistant with honors in 2018 from George Brown College. As her passion and interest grew, she continued her studies at George Brown as a Dental Hygienist and graduated in 2021 with honors. She became a member of Fletcher’s Creek Dental closely after graduating and has worked with us ever since.

Marina is interested in maintaining up-to-date and continues to learn the best recommended practices and protocols to ensure safe and efficient care for all patients. She enjoys spending quality time with family and traveling all around the world to explore new places and eat great food! Marina is an active member of the Ontario Dental Hygiene Association and is registered by the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario in good standing.

Meet Sana, our Patient Coordinator. She has two years of experience keeping the dental office's work running smoothly—scheduling appointments efficiently, deciphering insurance policies, and simplifying the billing process.

Moreover, she assists patients throughout their dental journey, from alleviating pre-visit anxiety to ensuring a positive experience.

Ban Ibrahim is a dental assistant with over 10 years of experience, having begun her career in 2015 after graduating from Everest College. She is skilled in preparing patients for procedures, assisting dentists, and maintaining the smooth operation of the dental office.

Outside of work, Ban enjoys baking, which allows her to express her creativity and attention to detail. She takes pride in both her dental career and her baking hobby.
